Matthew McMillan

Mr. McMillan has worked in Tax Resolution since 2003 and has helped hundreds of people through tax difficulties.    He is licensed to practice before IRS and State Tax Agencies.     He has received degrees from the University of Florida,  Washington and Lee University, and the University of Washington in Seattle.    He resides in Longwood, Florida and works in the Tax Armory Altamonte Springs office.



Mike Hindley

Mike has been helping clients with their tax issues his entire professional life, and to some extent, even before that.  In 1998 he received his BS in Business Administration with an Option in Accounting from California State University, Chico, where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals) and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.  Earning his JD from Willamette University College of Law in 2001, taking every tax related class he could find and not finding enough, Mike then attended the University of Washington School of Law, earning an LLM in Taxation in 2002.  Since then, working exclusively in the tax resolution industry, Mike has worked on thousands of cases, bringing resolution to many taxpayers’ issues.


Chris Poe

Chris works for Tax Armory as a Tax Preparer, Case Manager, and Licensed Representative.   In 1998 he received his BS in Business Management with a concentration in Production and Operations Management from the University of Central Florida.  In 2004 he earned his MBA with areas of focus in Finance and Strategic Management also from the University of Central Florida.  In addition he has 15 years of experience in retail management.

Chris is licensed to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent and has earned  a Certification in IRS Representation from CCH.
